Spring Lunch At The Farm

Lunch At The Simple Farm
Thursday, April 18th, 2013
11 am until Noon


Farm Fresh Frittata
Organic free range egg Frittata with red potatoes. 
Swiss Chard sprinkled with an organic Italian cheese blend.

Valencia Orange Fennel Salad
Thinly sliced orange wedges, fennel tossed with spinach, 
mixed greens drizzled with orange vinaigrette topped with fresh orange mint. 

Wheat Berry Salad
Wheat berries, sliced strawberries, Crow's Dairy Chevre with orange vinaigrette

Tuscan Kale Salad
Tuscan kale, garlic, parmesan cheese with lemon vinaigrette

Fuji Apple Tart
Puff pastry baked golden brown with sliced cinnamon Fuji apples,
 a dollop of hand whipped vanilla creme 
with a drizzling of The Simple Farm caramel sauce.

MotoMeals has prepared and is serving this farm to table lite lunch 
on Thursday, April 18th from 11 - 12. 

Sit down is at the farm arbor (by the chicken coop).

Spring Lite Lunch cost: $14 for any two items, includes fresh lemon water and Apple Tart Dessert.
