Zucchini - Heather Bullard's Recipe for Grilled Zucchini and Squash Flat Bread

I've been an admirer of Heather Bullard for quite some time. She's a food stylist and a contributing editor of Country Living Magazine and she's amazing. I love EVERYTHING she does.

New subject: our gardens are overflowing with zucchini. I mean OVERFLOWING. My husband planted squashes ALL OVER (notices the capital letters) our farm.

Another new subject:  I've been a little concerned that we might not have enough creative and delicious ideas for you and that you'd become a bit bored with our zucchini.

This recipe that Heather posted this week will help you not be so bored but perhaps excited about the zucchini we have at our farm.  It's Grilled Zucchini Squash flatbread. Doesn't that sound great for a hot evening tapas or nosh?

May 9th Farm To Table Brunch

This Thursday, May 9th from 10 - 11 am we'll be serving a limited seating brunch at the farm. 
This menu will allow those with some time constraints to be served. 

Brunch Le' Menu

 Goat Cheese and Chard Quiche
Spring Salad Mix with Balsamic Vinaigrette 
Farm Style Crostini

Strawberry Basil Frozen Yogurt

Mint Water

$14 per person
