Al Fresco-ing

There's still time, before the summer heat overtakes us, to create and enjoy an outdoor dining experience with family and friends.

Just about every day Michael and I grab morning moments in our Breakfast Garden. It's a little spot on the east side that is shaded by lovely mesquite trees. It's delightfully cool in the morning and not so bad in early evening.

I wanted the area simple so I set up a little glass top table,  added my favorite vintage patio chairs that belonged to my grandparents along with a few other iron garden chairs. It's a spot of great morning conversation for us - planning the day or just enjoying one more cup of French Press and each other.

Where is your favorite outside dining spot?
