Hello Sweet Corn and Nourished Garlic Parmesan Herb Compound Butter

The corn we are providing for our market guests goes pretty quick on Thursday mornings.

I know why - it's not only a non GMO seed but it's grown using organic measures by its grower - the famous Frank Martin of Crooked Sky Farms. 

So tonight we fixed Frank's corn and instead of regular butter, I brought out one of Nourished specialty butters - Garlic Parmesan Herb Compound Butter. This butter - smeared on organic sweet corn....amazing.

We will have corn at the market along with Nourished butters (in the freezer) at the farm market Friday, Sunday and Monday. If you're a farm member - do stop by and indulge in a special treat for your weekend dinner.
