Our French - inspired market is simply lovely to look at. I'm simply adoring our Cinderella and white pumpkins and so today I just had to do it.
I brought one of the whites in the house, cut her down the middle, scraped out all her insides (seeds) . . . .
and kept thinking about how all those seeds could feed a neighborhood . . .
. . . and then put her in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour....and voila...the sweetest pumpkin smell in my kitchen and my mind thinking about this soup recipe - Pumpkin Curry with Galangal and Fresh Turmeric!
